 In this demonstration-style class our chefs will explore fish stews hailing from the Mediterranean, starting with the Northwest favorite, Cioppino. We’ll pair our stews with wine and fresh crusty bread.

Class:Kids in the Kitchen with Crazy Asian Pastas
 This is a special class for 8-12 years old boys and girls. In this hands-on class Chef Sharon will guide the children through making a fun lunch of Asian pastas. Teena from the Driftwood Public Library will entertain them with a story while they enjoy their creations.

 In this demonstration-style class Chef Sharon will pay homage to Women's History Month...and the woman that launched a culinary craze, Julia Child.

Menu: Petits choux au fromage (cheese puffs,) green salad with viniagrette, moules a la mariniere (mussels steamed with wine,) navarin printanier (lamb stew with spring vegetables,) and creme brulee

And maybe even a sinful but oh-so-good sweet treat with bacon adding smokey and salty elements? You get the idea...

 Have you ever wanted to learn to make real gourmet chocolates in your own kitchen? The experts from Litehouse Chocolates will teach you to temper, mold and decorate chocolate to make irresistible delights including truffles and buttercreams. Then it's on to that coastal favorite, sea foam.

Class:Spring Small Plates with Liz Lesesne
 In this demonstration-style class Chef Liz will explore a fresh and local spring menu paired with wines.

Menu: Asparagus soup with cheese toast, shrimp and spring pea pot pie with curry crust, baby lettuce with grilled spring onions, coconut cupcakes with a shot of lemon curd and the best fluffy icing ever.
